Nature call

I get to do all kinds of things when I am out of my cage but I love hanging out on people's shoulders. Not just anyone though. If you're not part of the family I have to really really like you. And that does not happen very often. Sometimes I bite the family, but it's more like a nip & it's just to let them know I need to go eat or a nature call's coming.

Oh, yeah that's right, I am potty trained. I never do the doo on the family, if I can avoid it. Generally, I will work my way to the edge of their arm & try to let my business fall on the floor for an easy clean up. I've sometimes heard them say that they have never known any bird to do that but rumor has it that this is a unique trait that my kind harbours. Pretty neat, eh?
